During spring allergy season, you typically find pollen from oak, elm, birch, poplar or maple trees. Much of the active pollen depends are where you live. These pollens can trigger allergy symptoms including: watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, coughing and even a sore throat. Allergies can also impact your sleep cycle, leaving you tired in the morning.

Therefore, if you suffer from allergies, the article suggests blocking the allergic symptoms before they begin. In order to do so, your doctor may prescribe certain medications such as a nasal spray or antihistamine to prevent allergy symptoms.

in the end, it is best to seek help from your allergist before the beginning of allergy season. Your doctor can put together the right pretreatment strategy based on your allergy symptoms.
