Classrooms are one of the best places to trigger allergy and asthma symptoms in patients. This according to the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. These symptoms can lead to a decrease in concentration and even affect a students sports performance.

For starters, classrooms contain may triggers such as pollen, mold and dust mites which can cause adverse reactions. In addition these reactions can be harmful to children susceptible to these triggers.

Furthermore, if your child is highly allergic, most doctors recommend talking with your child’s school about their symptoms. In some cases, schools are able to help improve conditions such as keeping windows closed during high pollen counts.
