Not only do wildfires cause millions or billions of dollars of destruction and drive people from their homes and businesses, smoke from these fires has a lethal effect on people dozens of miles away.

Baz Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center’s Dr. Praveen Buddiga recently contributed to an article in the National Geographic discussing the hidden danger of smoke on our health.
